HISTORY

• 1922 :

  Company founded by Mr Marius Barriol and Charles Dallière. The initial activity related to the manufacture of ironmongery and bicycle components by hot rolling and drop stamping processes. (factory A)

• Up to 1945 :

  Evolution of the production to « axisymetrics » forged components.

• 1973 :

  Starting of the second facility. (factory B)

• 1980 :

  Starting of the forging of technical hollow components, forged from bars (piercing billet.) example : spindle.

• 1996-2002 :

  Investment of 2 automatic production lines for stamped components on large screw presses with electrical upsetting : for axles shafts, differential shafts, hubs, stub axles, ..

• 20 mai 2004 :

  The company is bought by the FARINIA Group with the new name of the Barriol & Dallière Industries SAS (BDI) company.
